    Great article, common sense should prevail. But the concerns regarding food in relationship to agriculture, environment, health are real. They pose a challenge that other cultures have faced in the past, and they too had to adjust their diet based on what nature was able to provide….or they perished.

    No question that processed foods have enabled culinary innovations and enriched our lives. But they also have had a negative impact on our health, mostly because of “too much”, such as calorie density and sugar.

    Like with everything….make it better!
