I’d been wondering whether to vent my worries about Michael Pollan’s recent work. Luckily I don’t have to. Joe Pastry’s take is right up my street. And if you go read him, you’ll find lots of interesting stuff on baking too.

    I hate the “food-as-medicine” movement. Why can’t we stick with balanced nourishment and pleasure?
